Quotes and orders

A quote is valid for 30 days. It is based on the fabric, quantity and finish agreed at the time. An order starts when you confirm it in writing, on the payment terms in your quote.

Samples and approval

Bulk begins only after you approve the pre-production sample. We seal that sample and keep it with your order. The sample fee is separate and is not credited against your order.

Timing

Sample time varies by design and quantity. Bulk usually takes 6 to 8 weeks after approval. Delays caused by late fabric, late approvals or changes move these dates.

Payment

50% with the order, 50% before delivery

Quality and shortfalls

We inspect to AQL 2.5 before packing. Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos. We rework or replace faulty pieces, or credit them, and send any that are missing.

Your designs

Your designs, patterns and files stay with our development team, and we sign an NDA on request. Once you have paid for development, the pattern and tech pack are yours. We keep a copy only to make your repeat orders.

Law

These terms follow the law of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore hear any dispute.
