Four steps to a first run

Most new brands take 4 to 6 weeks to a sample, then 6 to 8 weeks for the run.

    One or two styles is a sensible first collection.

    Pick the fabric

    We show you options from the 13 we work with.

    Get a sample made

    Hold it, wear it, change it. Then sign it off.

    Order your first run

    Labelled and packed. The minimum order is agreed in a meeting.

What it costs to start

There is no single price. Your cost is built from these parts.

  • Fabric

    Priced per metre, and it changes with the fabric you pick.

  • Making

    Cutting, stitching and finishing, priced per piece.

  • Embroidery

    Only if you want it. Priced by the design and the size.

  • Labels and packing

    Brand labels, tags, polybags and cartons.

  • Sampling

    The sample fee is separate and is not credited against your order.

  • Delivery

    To your address, or to a courier for export.

You make your own label. Is my design safe?

Yes. Your files stay with our development team and never reach our own label. We sign an NDA on request.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, in Lahore. Or walk the floor with us on a video call.
