• We use your details only to answer your enquiry.
• Your designs and files stay with our development team.
• We don't sell anything to anyone, ever.
• Ask us and we delete what you sent.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we collect:

• your name and email
• your brand and country
• your phone number, if you give one
• your answers about the garment
• any files you attach

Our host keeps standard server logs, which include the address of the device that visited. They are used only to keep the site running and safe.

Why we keep it

To reply to you, quote your work, and make what you order. That is a legitimate business interest, and you asked us to get in touch.

How long

We keep enquiries and files for two years after our last contact with you. After that we delete them.

Who else sees it

Our own team, and Creativeon, the company that hosts this website and our email. If you accept analytics cookies, Google counts your visit for us. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms cover that chat. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. When you first visit, we ask whether we may count your visit with Google Analytics.

If you press Accept, Google sets two cookies: “_ga” and one whose name starts “_ga_”. They last up to two years. We then see which pages are read and which buttons are pressed, without your name or email. Google signals and advertising features are turned off.

If you press Reject, or choose nothing, Google Analytics does not load at all. To change your choice at any time, use Cookie settings here or at the foot of every page.

The map on the contact page comes from Google, which may set its own cookies when the map loads. Your form answers are saved in your own browser, so you don't lose them. They stay on your device until you press send.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. Write to info@dotapparel.pk. If you are in the UK or the EU, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
