What is your minimum order?
The minimum order is agreed in a meeting.
Can I order under the minimum?
Ask us. We will say what is possible instead of ignoring you.
How long does bulk take?
Usually 6 to 8 weeks after you approve the sample.
How do I pay?
50% with the order, 50% before delivery
Samples and prices
How fast is a sample?
Sample time varies by design and quantity.
Do samples cost money?
The sample fee is separate and is not credited against your order.
Why won't you show prices on the site?
Price depends on fabric, quantity and finish, so one number would mislead. We quote within 3 working days.
How many sample rounds do I get?
2 rounds are included in the price.

Do you do handwork?
Yes. Handwork and hand-finished hems (tarpai) are done on our own floor in Lahore.
Can I send my own fabric?
Yes. That is our stitching unit and CMT service. See how it works
How do you check quality?
Six checks per order, written down and sent to you. See the checks
What if a delivery is wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos. We rework or replace faulty pieces, or credit them, and send any that are missing.
Working together
Will you copy my design for someone else?
No, and never for our own label either. Files stay with the development team. NDA on request.
Can I visit?
Yes, in Lahore, or take a video tour. Arrange a visit
Who will I be dealing with?
You deal with Dot Apparel directly. We reply the same day.
Do you export?
Yes. We work with brands in Pakistan and overseas. How export orders work
